Freya Jane's Bakery isn't just a place to grab a coffee and a croissant - it's the heartbeat of our family dream.
We're the Karpuzi family - led by Sean and Brittany, proud parents of five spirited kids (our official in-house taste testers). Inspired by the laugher around our kitchen table and the joy of creating something from scratch, we opened Freya Jane's to bring that same magic to the Valencia community.
Every detail - from the buttery scent of freshly made crepes to the cozy fireplace by the couches - was designed to feel like home. A place where families gather, friendships bloom, and sweet moments are made daily.
Why "Freya Jane's"
The name is a nod to our daughter, the original Freya Jane - a little force of nature with a braid, a Barbie in one hand and a pastry in the other. Her imagination, curiosity, sweetness helped shape everything from our menu to our brand. But "Freya Jane's" also represents every child - and the families who walk through our doors - bringing warmth, wonder and joy into our space.
